Registration for all Winter/Spring Classes will begin Monday, January 6, 2020. Programs are filled on a first-pay, first-served basis, preregistration by the published deadline is required. Payment can be made by credit or debit card by phone or by check or cash in person. Online Registration also available. All classes are subject to 6.5% sales tax. NEW! INTRODUCTION TO PROGRAMMING


This class will introduce you to basic concepts of computer programming using Python. Python is a powerful general purpose scripting language that can be used for a wide range of projects; from web development to game programming. Python has a wide range of prebuilt packages that allow users to prototype new applications quickly and easily. Students should have an understanding of computer basics. Ages 15 and up.

UNDERSTANDING BASIC TECHNOLOGY AND COMPUTER TERMINOLOGY


Have you ever asked a question about your computer or phone and the answer was full of terms, jargon, and gibberish that leaves you shaking your head and mumbling? These classes are designed for anyone who faces difficulties when it comes understanding the vocabulary, and terminology used to describe computer and cell phone capabilities.

BASIC TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER TERMINOLOGY & HARDWARE
This course is designed to assist participants in gaining understanding by defining confusing computer terms by giving physical, and practical examples. As well as using understandable analogies and examples. Ages 55 and up.
