Riverside Memorial Cemetery is located one mile south of the junction of U.S. Highway 281 and U.S. Highway 12 in Aberdeen, SD.  The street address is 1726 West Melgaard Road.

 Established by the City of Aberdeen in 1886, the cemetery is dedicated to providing an essential service with dignity, respect and care.

An alphabetical burial index is maintained in an information station outside of the cemetery office.  Persons wishing to locate burials are welcome to use the index and maps.  More complete burial information is available through the office.  For access, please contact the office for an appointment or write to the cemetery at 123 S Lincoln Street, Aberdeen, SD  57401.

Cemetery Hours:     8:00a.m. until 9:00p.m. from April 1 - September 30

                                   8:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. from October 1 - March 31
Assistance is available during maintenance work hours, Monday through Friday.  Appointments must be made for after hours or weekend assistance.
