NOTICE OF VACANCY

MUNICIPALITY OF ABERDEEN, SD

The following offices will become vacant due to the expiration of the present term of office of the elective officer:

            SE District City Council Member to serve for 5 years

            (Length of term:  July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2015)

            SW District City Council Member to serve for 5 years

            (Length of term:  July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2015)

Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on March 1, 2010 and petitions may be filed in the office of the finance officer located at 123 South Lincoln Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., central standard time, not later than the 30^th day of March, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
