Monthly utility bills are prepared, mailed, and received by the Treasurers Division of the Finance Office at City Hall, located at 123 South Lincoln Street. Utilities that may be included are water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and stormwater.

Methods of Payment
Payments may be made at City Hall (via the drop box located in the north parking lot), automatically withdrawn from your bank account (please fill out a form at City Hall), or mailed to the Finance office at:
