  • Providing long-range planning to ensure orderly distribution and proper development of park areas and recreational facilities
  • Maintaining park areas and recreation facilities in the most functional, attractive, clean, safe, and convenient manner possible
  • Maintaining and developing park areas and recreation facilities in the most cost effective manner possible
