Game Details
All baseball and softball games are played at the Moccasin Creek Softball Complex, at 10th Avenue SE and Cochran Street.

Signing Up
Participants who are in tee ball and the lower levels of baseball and softball will be allowed to sign up for their desired locations with youth who are in their own school grade. However, once rosters are filled they will be asked to select an alternate playing location. The only exceptions will be in B League baseball, where all other players will be assigned to teams. The high school softball team players will be assigned.
Activity Rain Out Policy
In cases of inclement weather, every effort will be made to determine cancellations as early as possible. The general time line for determination is by 8:30 am for morning activities, 11:45 am for afternoon activities, and 4:30 pm for evening activities. All local radio stations will be notified of any cancellations at these times. Sign up for our new program

Petition to Move a Level Up
The Aberdeen Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department has developed a petition process whereby a youth, with parental consent, may request to move up one level in the baseball / softball program. Petition applications for moving up may be picked up at the Parks, Recreation, and Forestry office at 225 Third Avenue SE.
The deadline for submitting requests is Friday, April 26, if you plan to register on Saturday, May 4 (Special Registration Day). Otherwise, the last day for submitting requests is Friday, May 3. Youth who
will be in third grade Peewee League may also petition up to the baseball / softball program.

Parent Volunteer Coaches
Parents who cannot make the whole commitment as a full-time coach but may have some time and interest in helping at practices periodically are encouraged to be a Parent Volunteer Coach. If interested, contact the department office at (605) 626-7015 and appropriate arrangements will be made.
