Activity Details
The Hershey Youth Track Meet will be held at Swisher Field, Tuesday, June 11. Children may only participate in two field events and one running event, or two running events and one field event. The meet is designed to encourage beginning athletes to participate.


Schedule

Time: 6:00 pm (field events), 6:30 pm (running events) Date: Tuesday, June 11 Location: Swisher Field Participants: Three age divisions are open to both boys and girls, ages 9-14 years old (December 31, 2012, is the cutoff date for determining a child's age level)

Fee: No charge Registration: Participants must sign up to participate in the Hershey Track Meet at the Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department Office May 5 through June 5, at 5:00 pm (no registration will be taken at the event).

State Hershey Meet
Local winners will be eligible to participate in the State Hershey Meet, June 22, in Spearfish. Participants may only compete in one local meet to qualify for the state meet and only South Dakota residents may compete. State winners can qualify for an expense-paid trip to Hershey, Pennsylvania, to participate in the National Hershey Meet.
