Programs are filled on a first-pay, first-served basis, and preregistration by the published deadline is required.

Submitting a Payment
Payment can be made by credit card over the phone by calling (605) 626-7015 or by sending checks payable to the Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department at:

Please include name, address, home phone and work phone, and what programs you wish to register for.

Disclaimer & Class Cancellations
The Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide classes; to change the time, date, or location of classes; and make other revisions that may be necessary.

If a class is cancelled due to insufficient registrants, participants are given the opportunity to transfer to another class of equal value or receive a refund. If a registrant requests a refund for an activity, a $5 per person per activity fee will be deducted from the full refund.
