BEGINNING BALLET
Ballet is a most beautiful way to strengthen and tone
your body. This class will start at the beginning and
give participants plenty of knowledge about their
bodies while working the muscles with grace and
elegance. Tights and leotards are optional! Shoes

BEGINNING TAP
Join us for a four week beginning tap class! Learn
or improve some basics and get your toes tapping.
Shoes are available for sale at the ARCC. A limited
number of used shoes are available for loan as well.

PILATES MAT CLASSES

Pilates is a non-impact, body conditioning class. The
Pilates method is an exercise focused on improving
flexibility and strength for the total body without
building bulk. You will learn proper breathing and
body alignment, while strengthening and stretching

PiYo is athletic training that is influenced by
Pilates and Yoga. Use your own body weight as
resistance and combine the stretch of yoga with
the core strengthening of Pilates to streamline and
define your muscles, while building strength and
flexibility in your athletic ability. High intensity, yet
low impact, this workout is ideal for anyone looking
to add variety to their routine, gain strength and
mobility at the same time, or begin implementing
a core strengthening program. This is a class that
combines energy, movement and flow into yoga and
