Storybook Land Festival

The eighth annual Storybook Land Festival will be held on Friday and Saturday, July 26 and 27, 2013 in Storybook Land in Wylie Park, Aberdeen, SD. There is no admission charge for this festival that features published children's authors, storytellers, entertainment and hands-on arts and crafts activities for children and adults of all ages. Come out for the day or the weekend and enjoy the park, stories, music, art, food and fun for all!

10:00 am- in the Castle
Fables and Fairy Tales season finale.

6:30 pm- in the Castle
Special guest costumed Storybook Characters.

7 pm- in the Castle
Special Event to be announced followed by a free watermelon feed with costume characters present.		 Saturday, July 27, 2013

10 am-5 pm - in Storybook Land
Storytelling by National Children's author John Archambault, regional and local authors sharing their books, musical stage shows, strolling entertainment and hands on arts and crafts activities.

4:30 pm- in the Castle
Free ice cream social, courtesy of Ken's Supfair Foods
