The Building Inspection Department is responsible for ensuring that all commercial and residential construction meets the minimum standards of the following codes:
  • American National Standard Institute (ANSI) for Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities
  • International Building Code
  • International Residential Code
  • International Mechanical Code
  • Uniform Plumbing Code
