The
Festival of Lights The Aberdeen
Sertoma Club invites you to become a display sponsor for the 2007 Festival
of Lights. The Aberdeen
Sertoma Club organized a new winter event in 2000 called “The Festival
of Lights.” The event is
held at Wylie Park from late-November through the end of December.
The Festival of Lights, with the support of the community, has
become the premier holiday light show in northeast South Dakota.
The park roadways and landscaping become a winter wonderland with
holiday light displays illuminating over 200 acres of parkland.
The 2007 Festival of Lights will be held at the end of November through
December. Vehicles enter Wylie Park off US Highway 281 and travel over 2 miles of roadway to view the spectacular holiday displays such as Storybook Land and Land of Oz theme displays, Santa and his reindeer, Santa’s Express Train, Frosty the Snowman, Toyland and much, much more. |
