Registration Begins Tuesday, January 3 at 8:00 a.m.
Programs are filled on a first-pay, first-served basis, preregistration by the published deadline is required. Payment can be made by credit or debit card by phone or by check or cash in person. Washington Street Gym
WOMEN’S MORNING EXERCISE
Join us in this class of general exercise that emphasizes flexibility and general fitness. Registration will be taken at the first class. Please bring your own mat. Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. (No Classes on Holidays.)

WALK FOR HEALTH
Monday, Wednesday, Friday come to the Washington Street Gym at 401 North Washington Street and walk for your health. The gym will be open between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. There is no charge. The Gym will be closed on holidays. There will be no Walk for Health on Tuesday and Thursday.
NEW! PICKLEBALL OPEN GYM
Come to an Open Gym for Pickleball at the Washington Street Gym. Meets Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (noon). There is no fee to come and play. There will be two courts available for play. Players will need to bring their own paddles and balls.

A Yoga and Pilates combination, and everything in between. As a certified yoga instructor with Fit and Fire Studios, Karine will work with participants to accommodate all fitness levels making modifications as needed for every exercise. Your body and mind will be challenged with strength enduring sessions filled with joy and elevation. Ages 18 and up.

FIGHT BACK SELF DEFENSE
This 6-week class will focus on practical hands-on applications for real life situations. Participants will gain self-confidence as they begin to recognize and put to use basic survival instincts and natural reactions in potentially threatening situations. Participants should wear clothes suitable for low impact exercise. Ages 16 and up.

COUNTRY TWO STEP
The two-step is a basic dance move done by singles, partners, and groups. This class will cover the basic two step as adapted to Country Music. Instruction will focus on the basic moves, footwork and turns. Get off your chair and onto the dance floor! Ages 15 and up.
