Tennis Lessons

Youth Beginners & Advanced Beginners Tennis Lessons

Group lessons, covering the fundamentals of the basic strokes, scoring singles, and doubles and positioning will be offered June-August. Youth will be tested at the end of the class to determine progress according to United States Tennis Association skill levels. If not already assigned, beginners and advanced beginners will be evaluated and then separated in class.

Youth Advanced Tennis Lessons

Students enrolling in advanced lessons this summer will be placed in the appropriate class by the registrar according to the level of skills acquired during previous lessons. Participants registering for lessons who have not participated in any previous classes will be enrolled in an intermediate class and evaluated by the tennis coordinator and reassigned according to skill if necessary.

Parent / Child Beginners Tennis Lessons

Lessons are available June-August for parents and their children to learn this lifetime activity. By learning the fundamentals of the sport together, we hope they will continue to play together.

Private Youth & Adult Tennis Lessons

Pee-Wee Tennis Lessons

This short-court, pre-beginners tennis program has been developed for younger children to learn and enjoy tennis. Peewee Tennis is taught by playing on a smaller court, using shorter rackets, and foam or low-compression balls. This program is for children ages 5-6 and all equipment is furnished.
