MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL GAME

Grades 6-12 (Teens)

We get it. Probably the last thing on teens’ minds is reading, but with input from actual teens, we’ve managed to design a Summer Reading program with incentives that will make even the most reluctant reader engaged!

All Teens get a small prize just for registering! For every page a teen reads they receive one point through READSquared. After 250 pages (that’s 250 points!) teens will receive a badge, and one raffle ticket towards an awesome grand prize! After 500 pages, they’ll receive a badge (and that raffle ticket!) and a prize! Did a teen make it to one of K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library’s amazing teen programs? That’s 10 points! Teens receive 10 points for every program they attend during the summer!
