Description At Kuhnert Arboretum in Aberdeen, S.D., this has proven to be the hardiest of the reblooming yellow roses. This shrub rose features delicate, fragrant double yellow flowers in early summer and through into fall on a compact mounded habit, hardy and resistant to disease, makes a beautiful garden color accent; needs full sun and well-drained soil (will not tolerate standing water).
