Description | Introduced in 1914, this, hardy rose is covered by fragrant,
single-petaled flowers through much of June, then continues to flower
sporadically through the first frosts of autumn. As the flowers fade
they give way to large, orange-red hips that are striking in the garden.
In the fall the leaves turn golden-yellow and red. |
