Who is responsible for the curb stop on my service line and what is the Utility Services Warranty Program?

The property owner is responsible for the water service line, including the curb stop. The curb stop is a valve located on your service line, and it serves as a safe guard to shut your water service off during emergencies or maintenance needs. Property owners now have an opportunity to purchase Service line warranty coverage for their Water and/or Sewer Service lines. North American Warranty, Inc. was selected to work with City residents for this option. To learn more about the water line or sewer line warranty programs or to enroll, simply call 1-844-257-8795, Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm to speak with them directly. In addition, residents may also visit www.SLWofA.com for additional information.
